Congregation Placement Application (Full-Time or Limited-Service)
The application is in two parts: a Microsoft Word document for information about your congregation and a PDF document of Acknowledgments to be signed. If you have additional information including history, job description, community information, please send as separate attachments to your email and we will incorporate everything into a single document for posting to the website. A Google Maps or MapQuest Maps link to your congregation's location works better than an actual image. Please do not send us a scan of your application--the file will be too large to post. We will need a scan of your signed Acknowledgements page, as well as notification that a hard copy of both your Acknowledgements page and your application are in the mail before we can post your application to the Placement section on the ACC website.
The application will not be complete without both parts, Word Pages 1 - 8, and PDF Acknowledgments.
The application cannot be posted before a congregational representative (Senior Rabbi, Search Chair or President) has spoken with the Director of Placement.
