Learn about the best practices and concrete tools needed to make equitable decisions regarding employment matters such as salary cuts, layoffs and furloughs during these challenging times. This training is for both professional and lay leaders who are involved in making, or impacted by, these decisions.
Our keynote speaker and expert in the field, Prof. Andrea Schneider, JD, is a Professor of Law at Marquette University Law School where she teaches Dispute Resolution, Negotiation, and Ethics. She is the Director of Marquette’s nationally-ranked dispute resolution program. She frequently publishes law review articles and book chapters on negotiation, gender, international conflict and dispute systems design and has co-authored several leading legal textbooks on ADR, Negotiation and Mediation. In her free time(!), she has served in multiple roles in the Milwaukee Jewish Federation including Board Chair. She was a member of JFNA’s National Young Leadership Cabinet, Women’s Philanthropy Board, and is currently on the Board of Trustees.
