As the ACC Endowment Funds reach exciting new levels and we are able to utilize the funds in a meaningful way to benefit the ACC, we need to make some modifications to the governing document of the Endowment Committee.

Over the years, there have been several amendments and changes which now need to be incorporated into a restated document to make it more straightforward. Additionally, we are making a few new changes to the trustees and their terms. You are invited to review the attached motion document and attached redline trustee agreement document before our Zoom meeting and bring any questions you have. As in keeping with our Endowment provisions we cannot make any changes to these documents without a vote of the ACC Plenum. Therefore, we need a quorum of our Regular voting members to attend, so please make every effort to login for the session. We very much appreciate your time and commitment to our organization.
